I recently just moved into my new place and I was searching for a new Bed/Bed set for myself and ended up going to a local bed store. The represented I spoke to there tried to upsell me products, it was terrible! I was already stressed about the new move with trying to organize everything myself. One day I drove pass the Mattress Factory and decided to walk in to see what they offer. Sunny the manager was very helpful and even stayed in my price range while I was shopping! He educated me on the different mattresses they offer and was very professional and did not try to upsell the prices. He set up a delivery time for me right away and also checked in to make sure I was happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family !

Can't say enough great things about this brand new location! The store is immaculately clean with a welcoming and friendly environment. We could take our shoes off, walk around the store, lay on the mattresses, and take our time. Sunny was wonderful and helped us make the most perfect decision in finding a high quality mattress at a reasonable price. They also have great pillows and mattress protectors to choose from. I would recommend Mattress Factory over Mattress Firm any day!

Clean and neat store that provides a comfortable environment to try out many different models of mattresses. Sunny is very nice and helpful and happy to explain the products and answer questions, but also gave us space to try them out. He worked out a great deal for us and we had our new mattress within a few days. Nice store, convenient location, great selection, and especially a really excellent and helpful manager.
