We have been going to VTrainers for the past 5 years. It has been one of the best investments we have ever made for our sake. The discipline of exercising regularly has worked out really well and has kept us improving our endurance and strength steadily. We actually look forward to the workout every week because it also gives quality time to chat about our daily life and plans. I cannot say enough about the trainers. They are professional, dedicated and genuinely care about their work.
I would unhesitatingly recommend them (and indeed have done so to my friends).
